Listings and information on this site are provided for general information. Availability, prices and terms can change without notice and are not an offer to rent. Any rental is subject to an application, approval and a signed lease. Links to third-party sites (such as Zillow or TurboTenant) are governed by those sites' own terms and privacy policies.

Text messaging (SMS)

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from Grey Line Management LLC when you text us first at (813) 485-0312, or when you provide your mobile number on a rental application, lease or inquiry and agree to receive texts. Texts relate to your inquiry, showings, applications, leases, rent reminders and maintenance.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@greylinepm.com or (813) 485-0312.

No sharing. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fair housing

We follow federal, state and local fair housing laws and do not discriminate on any protected basis.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
